Be All or BFF?

Which one do I want? I want a messenger strap (so the Packabe is out). I have a BeTween right now and it's perfect for what I carry for my son (change of pants, snack, couple small toys, water bottle, etc). I'll be cloth diapering the n00b, so will need quite a bit more space (still need room for my son's stuff too). I like the shape of the Be All better, but I babywear quite a bit so am thinking I might want the flexibility of the backpack straps with the BFF.

I hate the BeAll because of the flap. If you can live with the flap then you're good to go.

I want the BFF just because I want to try it out and I love the look and shape of it

I had a BFF but it ended up being too big for me. I loved it though. If only it was made when dd2 was first born...

Anyway, I am not a huge fan of the BeAll. I don't like the flap and it felt bulkier to me compared to the BFF.
