Back to the drawing board for strollers...

I thought I knew what we wanted, so I bought a First Years Wave. For the bassinet option and also the reversible handle. But I didn't like the 2-piece construction and it took up a lot of trunk space, so I sold it.

I got a Chicco Liteway. I thought it was what I wanted because we had something very similar for DD at this age (BabyTrend EuroSport) and we LOVED it. Well, the Chicco wobbles on smooth surfaces. I've Googled it and see there are quite a few complaints about this.

So I'm back to the drawing board and clueless. As much as I'd like a more expensive stroller, it's not in the budget right now.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to try next? With DD we had a Graco stroller first and I hated it, so Graco is out.

Let's say $150 or less. MAYBE $200 if I can find a %off code or something. I'm not TOO picky besides the cost, plus no Graco. Thanks!

I have Cybex Topaz stroller and LOVE it! I bought it when Woot kids was having a sale and I believe I had about 150 for it. It is awesome, plus you can make it a travel system with the optional car seat adapter strap. It's a compact fold, about 17 pounds, almost complete recline, AWESOME sunshade, adjustable leg rest, decent basket, front adjustable harness (like on a car seat) and very plush. I've heard great things about all the Cybex strollers. :)

What about Baby Jogger Micro? Albeebaby has some for under $100. The Britax blink itsn't bad either, I just used my sister's two weeks ago at the zoo I think albeebaby still has some for cheap.

I have a keekaroo karoo (strange name, I know) that we've used with DS since he was about 2. I have loved it. It beat out anything else in that type of stroller. You can find it on amazon or overstock for about $140.

On another note though, any other comments you have on the first years wave? We're looking at it for 6 week old DD. I really want the reversible seat and ability to put her in it now. I also liked the mia moda atmosferra but it doesn't work with our keyfit seat and the wave would. Ugh...too many options and I really like looking at strollers!

The breaking down into 2 parts and the amount of space it took up in the cargo area of my CR-V were what made me get rid of it. Otherwise, I LOVED it. I know, seems stupid to get rid of a stroller I love, but we do carry a lot in our cargo area when we're going places and then I couldn't fit the stroller.

I had just stumbled across the Wave and wondered how small it folded. Sad to hear it's not what I'm looking for. :( I'm looking at the Quinny Zapp Extra right now, but its more than your price point and also has a two-part fold.

I am currently in love with my Joovy Kooper, especially the sunshade, since it's still crazy hot here. I would like the fold more if I weren't wearing flip flops every day (have to use my hands right now), and the recline is awesome. I don't need any more stroller than this.

The other stroller on my list was the Pliko P3.

Maybe it was a bad Liteway? I adore mine. Got a BJCM now, from albee for $179.99

ETA: Britax blink? Similar to liteway.
