If you like babylegs...
I bought 2 pairs of legwarmers from target for $3 each. They only had white and a cute pink striped pattern. They came in two sizes, I think 18 months and 2T-4T. We have Babylegs and Huggalugs and I like these better. They're longer and aren't as tight.

I got the Target legwarmers last week, too, but the weather warmed up, so I haven't actually tried them on Kira yet. They're in the baby section mixed in with the tights, near the soft shoes.

so apparently local pick-up is only Monday/Wednesday. I obviously didn't have them in time for the shower today (but MSK's target knock-off find came through for me beautifully).

I got an email today asking me to switch my order from the neopolitan to one of these-

pink/heather/white
purple bandana

the would still be available for local pick-up on Monday, which suggests they already have them in stock. be on the lookout for them to show up as the daily steal soon.
