I've ordered quite a few things from them in the past and had no problems with seats at all. They've all shipped and arrived quickly
. The only problem I've ever had is when I was ordering a Chicco stroller this past Nov. I never got an e-mail saying "it's shipped" and finally called them. It turned out the particular stroller I ordered wasn't even being made for a while at Chicco (C-1 and Cortina both were halted - supposedly - to redo them for the redone Key Fit. Make sense? or something? lol. I mention both because they checked on both for me). Since the stroller was supposed to be shipped directly from Chicco, I do wish they (BabyUniverse) would have been more on top of that. But they gave me a credit and I got something else instead. I think that knowing that they do a lot of direct-from-manuf. shipping (since it's not just Chicco strollers lol) would make me want to call them first and make sure they know the Madison Regent *will* ship, kwim?
Again, like I mentioned in the beginning, the stroller thing is the only problem I've ever had. Everything else I've ordered before that was Britax seats
and I got those pronto
