Once installed with the Angle Adjuster, the feet no longer touch the vehicle seat. Its a good tight install. Do i have the adjuster too far forward(toward the foot)? Attempting to upload pics..

Do you mean that you have the angle adjuster pushed up under the feet of the rear facing boot, to where the feet are resting on the angle adjuster instead of in the seat bight? If so that's too far, the angle adjuster should be pushed up as far as it can go against the back of the RF boot, but not underneath it, if that makes sense.

No, i have it under the seat, so it is just touching to boot, per instructions. But the feet on the boot are off of the seat by 1/4-1/2 inch.

Did you tighten all the way first and then put the adjuster in? I usually tighten most of the way, then put the adjuster in place and finish tightening while pushing forward and down on the part of the seat that is against the seat back. That might help.
