I just wanted to add that generally, if it's a move from say swap to community member chat, we'll leave a short re-direct so that the OP can find it.
Also, if the swap moderator is unsure about the forum a post should be in, we will sometimes ask each other and wait to approve it until somebody has weighed in - in that case you may see other posts approved before the initial post.
Sometimes it's also a case of the swap moderator starting at the top of the threads waiting approval and then getting interrupted by kids or family before we finish getting through the list. I generally try and start with older posts and work my way up, but if I plan to get through them all I will sometimes start at the top and work down. (The forum software displays the newest threads at the top of the list and then moves to older, so if you don't purposefully start with the older ones and work your way up, it sometimes mixes up whether newer or older posts get approved first.)
If it's been awhile since you've seen other threads appear though, it's fine to send an inquiry to a swap mod or two just in case we got sidetracked. We do our best, but sometimes life slows us down. I know that I will make a trip to my computer if I get a PM about something.
