adjusted turbobooster :-(

okay, now I think I am too high up. The clicks were not audible so I had a hard time adjusting it correctly (and then I ran out of time). I thought I went up one space but it seems like such a large distance now that I am posting the picture.

also, someone in the earlier post noted she was slouching -- and yes , she keeps slouching because she wants to bend her knees and that makes her go forward. you can kind of see it in the side shot and then I got a shot of the space.

I guess she cannot bend her knees and sit straight up. Is there a booster you might recommend trying that has a shorter seat length so she can bend her knees.

For the slouching, how about an empty cardboard box to rest her feet on? Or a lightweight plastic stool? If she has something to put her feet on, maybe she'll stop slouching. I'm sure that the belt does not fit her hips when she does that.

The seat on the Vivo is fairly shallow front to back. But is it the booster that's too deep, or the vehicle seat?

This is my then-5yo. His normal seat at that time was a Nauti, using the third harness slots from the bottom. You can see where the bottom ends compared to his knees, then a gradual slope to the van seat.

Weigh on on this one...

I hadn't thought about the fact that she may be slouching in relation to the actual car seat -- but the TB does seem to hit her a little past the knees. I will also try the cardboard box or maybe a soft bag with a blanket stuffed inside?) and see if that stops the slouch.

What about the belt height -- is it too high as I have it now?

I do like the shallow seat on the recaro you've shown with your son. It seems very substantial as well.

What is everyone's gut reaction -- put her back in a 5 pt harness?, buy a different booster (I only paid $20 for this one so purchasing another one is not an issue)?
Thanks for your help!!! Jenny
