Hey ladies and guys

My husband recently got into an accident. Transport truck hit him on the highway in his 2012 dodge ram and wrote it off. He's okay. We were extremely lucky,

I had a radian rxt rear facing and just an Eddie Bauer cheap forward facing seat for my 3.5 year old. We've been wanting to get something better for a while now just been slacking. We use our truck very little (14,000km in. 2 years) but now that I have to replace the seats I would like to finally get something safer, especially since soon we will be using the truck more as it's cheaper for my husband to travel in my SUV which has a forward facing foonf and a rear facing Radian rxt.

Soooo ive already ordered a radian rxt for my 1 year old (which I'll rf till he's 3.5-4)

I'd like help finding a seat for my 3.5 year old. We just turned him forward last Month.

What is one of the best forward facing seats in Canada? Price is no option. I am considering another foonf as I really love the rigid latch BUT the truck will likely be jacked up again and I find the foonf very high off the seat making it really tough I would think to put my son in.

How much does your 3.5 year old weigh? What size shirt does she wear, or is she tall or long in the torso?

I would consider putting your son RF in the Foonf in the SUV, put the existing Radian RF in the truck, and canceling the new Radian order and getting two child/booster seats.

However there's nothing wrong with using a Foonf or Radian FF if you wanted to (I like the rigid latch and REACT in it too).

Seats I'd look at are the Graco Nautilus, Evenflo SecureKid 300 or 400, Britax Frontier or Pinnacle, Britax Pioneer. Those are the cushier seats out there.
