Question 3 across in 2009 Prius

We are expecting our 3rd child in a few weeks and trying to figure out how to fit 3 kids in our 2009 Prius.

Kid # 1 - 8 year old. Technically he could just use seatbelt. Ideally would prefer for him to be in a booster.
Kid # 2 - 5 year old. Can be in a convertible (Britax Boulevard) or a High back Booster.
Kid # 3 - newborn - want him in an infant car seat rear facing for the 1st year. Then a rear facing convertible.

Any advice on how we can make this all fit. Also, for those of you have 3 across - how does it work out for you? Are the kids too cramped to be comfortable? Any issues you have run into? Thanks in advance.

How much does the 8 year old weigh?

I would look at a different car seat for the 5 year old. High back boosters in a 3 across are tough to buckle. Would a Graco Tranzitions or Wayz (same seat, different retailers) be in your budget?

What kind of budget do you have for an infant seat?

8 year old is close to 50 lbs.
We have a booster seat for the 5 year old - but willing to buy tranzitions if that works better.
For baby - hoping to spend no more than $100 or so since it will be used for a short time. But will buy more expensive one if it saves us the $ and hassle of buying a minivan.
