2011 Suburban Install

I have two Dino Radian RXT's I'm trying to install in the 3rd row of my suburban. I can't get the seat belts to lock, what am I doing wrong or do they not lock?

Are you installing rear or forward facing? There's only one top tether back there for a forward facing seat.

If the belt doesn't lock at the shoulder, it locks at the buckle, but it definitely locks. Do you have your car's manual? It goes into some depth on this on pages 3-70 to 3-72.

I have a 2009 Suburban and the 3rd row seats lock at the buckle. All you have to do is pull it tight!!!

HOWEVER, the second row does have locking retractors (the kind where you have to pull the belt out). Kind of weird to have both in one vehicle!!
