Question 2008 Toyota Highlander - 3 Seats Middle Row

I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander and I need to fit the following children in the middle row. Please help.

Daughter - 7 Years Old - Would prefer to keep her in a high back booster
Son #1 - 3 Years Old
Son #2 - Due in December - Would prefer the type of infant seat that can snap in and out.

I'm hoping there is some configuration to keep all of them in the middle row so we do not have to use the third row which would completely take away our trunk space. I don't know how or which seat to fit in that tiny middle seat in the second row. I also don't think the middle seat has latches.
