New Radians 40 lb RF??

I need to buy a new radian- doesn't matter which one. I went to Merry go Round today to get one that went up to 40lbs. BUT they didn't have any!

I read on the Sunshine Kids website that all Radians manufactured after September 1, 2008 go up to 40lbs RF, but the models on the floor were manufactured November and December 2008. And were marked as going up to 35lbs. I really need the extra 5 lbs to keep my kiddos RF the longest and would rather not spend 300 bucks for the XT then having to return in a few weeks later when newer models come in.

I need this by Monday.

CONFUSED!!! Help? Are they labeled wrong or what?

Sunshine Kids made a retroactive change. Any of their seats made 9/08 or later can RF to 40 pounds even though the stickers will say 35 pounds.

The stickers won't be out for those until next month at the earliest, but yes, the 9/08 and after are to 40 pounds.

Heck, even my XT I got today with a month old DOM, says a 35lb rf'ing limit. No sticker in the manual to inform the consumer of the increased weight limit.

I received my RN65 on Wednesday. It has a manufacturer date of 05/09 and still doesn't have the updated stickers. Will we be able to get stickers for them?
