explain radian straps or anyone strap the radian to a stroller?

I see loops on the side of the radian. I used a luggage strap hooked to those. But that is quite heavy on the shoulder and just isn't going to work.

I've seen mention of using 2 luggage straps and wearing it backpack style. I don't really see how that works though. Does the car seat end up sticking straight out from your back or what?

Also, has anyone strapped the radian to a stroller? If so, any tips?

Using a single luggage strap over one shoulder just doesn't work, I agree. Using two makes it much more comfortable.

There are 5 loops on the back of the Radian. One on each side near the bottom. One on the side near the top. Two near the top near the middle. I think they are about even with the top tether. To wear it as a backpack, ignore the top side loop and use the ones on the bottom and in the top middle.

ahh, must be older models only have the two loops on the sides because I don't have any other loops.

But we've decided to bungee it to the back of the stroller.

So yours doesn't have the two at the top center? About even with the airplane sticker in this photo, one is just below the locking clip.

Nope, none at top center.

Also, mine does not have that airplane sticker. In fact, I can't find any stickers related to FAA. The manual states it is certified, but there is no sticker.

Is this going to cause me a problem? We fly tomorrow.

Are you in the US or Canada? If you are in Canada, the Transport Canada maple leaf sticker is the one you want, along with the line in the manual and a printout of this page:

and this section of the larger document here:

I'm not 100% sure, but it certainly should help. According to the Air Canada website, acceptable US restraints should have the following (something to look for on your seat):
Models manufactured to United States standards

* between January 1, 1981 and February 25, 1985 must bear the following label: "This child restraint system conforms to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards."
* on or after February 26, 1985 must bear the following two labels: “This child restraint system conforms to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards" and “THIS RESTRAINT IS CERTIFIED FOR USE IN MOTOR VEHICLES AND AIRCRAFT" in red lettering.
