The recaro recall

Just a couple of weeks ago I found where a new recall was listed for Recaro como and signo car seats. I immediately attempted to call them, it sends me to leave a message. I've left a message and havent been returned a call yet. that was first two weeks ago, Im trying again. Of course I'm not finding info on new carseat recall except the ones back in March?

I guess it is from back in March then. The recall.gov has just posted it again?

I ntalked to Recaro today today and there is apperently only one person working on the recall and they have had their hours cut down to only four days per week...I had to call the non-1888 number and talk to the normal cust service line...its pretty annoying...

I had a seat replaced because of that recall and let me tell you. It took 3 calls to get a live person (no one returned my messages) and then 4-5 call and call-backs to get it all worked out. It was actally friendly CS but slow and the person handling the recall did not seem knowledgable of the recall itself. They did not have any of the 5 recaro seats I sent in the cards for on file so I wonder how many people were actually made aware of the recall that had affected seats.

Mama! why didn't I think of that? Duh. This little fetus is sucking the brain cells right out of my head, I swear! :rolleyes:
