Compatible carseat for Tacoma Xtracab?

Good day,

I am 8 months pregnant and looking for a carseat that will fit into our Toyota Tacoma Xtracab.
Do you have any suggestions or recommendations regarding an infant seat or convertible seat that is compatible with the space of the Xtracab?
Any information will be greatly appreciated,

Smaller pickups can be difficult-

I checked the "Compatibility" link under the top banner. There was one entry for a Britax Roundabout that fit well in a 2001 Tacoma double cab. I don't know how that compares to your vehicle. Unfortunately, small and mid-size pickups tend to be among the most difficult vehicles for carseats, even with extended cabs.

In many cases, it can be difficult to fit one in properly. If you do buy a model and find you can't get it right, please visit a certified local tech for an inspection before you return it. They may have some tips on how to get it to work right. And if they don't, at least you know you tried everything before you return it.
