How to find a tech?

A friend in Toronto, Canada wants to know where she can find a tech in her area than can install her seats. Her postal code is M9B 4A7. Can anyone help me out?

She in in the west end of toronto. She can tru calling the local health department and find out when their next clinic is. She can also call peel region since that is not too far from her. We have one in November in Durham region, but a bit of a drive for her.

Also, do checks at various Toronto police stations, but I think they charge for the service, Here is the link to the divions and phone numbers. It is by appt only

Does anyone know of any in the Niagara area. I would love to get my seats looked at to make sure i did it right. I tried the link put nothing comes up

The SK website only has Canadian techs who have US certs--four in British Columbia, myself included but I'm listed under my US address.
