Is there an all terrain stroller that has a front wheel that turns and has a brake? I love the Instep Safari but I really want one that has a brake on it for downhill.

All of the ones with brakes I've noticed don't have rotating front wheels.

I *think* the BOB line of alterrains has a hand break, and it definetly has a lockable front swivel wheel. And IIRC it also has a really neat emergency strap concept. The strap is attached at the bottom/back of the frame (where your feet would be.. by the basket, make sense?) so that if you fall and have the strap around your wrist, it will stop the stroller and keep it upright instead of stopping the stroller but also making it tip backwards falling to the ground.

I know the Bobs from a few years ago had hand breaks... but the Revolution doesn't have a hand break... just the "parking" break to keep it stopped...
