Have you tried Target? They had some real cute Halloween stuff last time I was there.
And, I got super cute Halloween PJs for DD from Gymboree for $10, but I'm not sure his size is included in the sale.

Carter's has a lot of them, and they were all 50% off at their actual stores (not sure if there's one by you, I really don't know where there stores are!), but they were very cute AND boyish! I got a pair for $10.

if the gymboree ones are still on sale they do include that size. I bought dd who wheres a 7 for gymboree ones a ton of them a few weeks ago.
