Quick tether question--Ford Explorer

I don't have my LATCH manual yet...

What year did Ford Explorer start having a top tether? Was there always a top tether anchor for all 3 back seating locations?

91 - 99 outboard drill dimples
00 - 02 outboard TA
03 outboard LATCH

Explorer (4D)

91 - 99 center, outboard drill dimples
00 - 01 center may use outboard locations, outboard TA
02 center, outboard TA's, 3rd row outboard use cargo tie-downs at back edge of floor in scuff plate
03 - 07 center TA, outboard LATCH, 3rd row outboard use cargo tie-downs at back edge of floor in scuff plate

Explorer Sportrac (4D)

01 - 02 center and outboard TA's
03 - 07 center TA, outboard LATCH
