Just the covers, a little bit about the padding, and then the big one is the LATCH connector anchors. The deluxe has the "regular" attachments, the hooks that are used on the top tethers. The premiere has the alligator style clips that the Britax seats use. They're much easier to LATCH in and out.

The quick connector LATCH is the reason that I bought the premier vs the deluxe. It was worth the extra money! It has memory foam in the padding that the others don't.
