I am stuck between these 2 strollers. They are both simialr in price and fold small...Anyone have any experiences with these?? DS just turned 1 and hasn't gained weight since his 9 month well baby. Still 21-22# and he is a little over 29 inches.

I personally would get the Mutsy.. They're a bit more solid, more unique, and retain their value better. And when you you're done with it, let me know ;) I've been dying for either a Spider or a Buggster (Valco--another good option)... In fact, if you're considering the Spider vs. the Zapp you should really look at the Buggster as well...

Oh btw--if you were thinking the Buggster was a bit more $$, Babycenter has it on sale, and on top of that there's a 15% off coupon here:
http://www.couponsurfers.com/coupons/BabyCenter
that brings it down to $248+ship... same price as the Spider is these days... The coupon doesn't work for the Mutsy or the Quinny (those manufacturers likely don't allow coupons)... So really for the same price as the Spider, you can have the Buggster... I know it looks a little different, but if people want to pipe in here who've owned it I'm sure they'll tell you it steers better and feels quite a bit more stable vs the Spider and the three-wheel Zapp (although you're probably looking at a four-wheel..?)

Hopefully lovin will post her experiences soon :)

I had a zapp and i really liked it aside from the fact that it would tip backwards if i hung ANYTHING on the handlebars.. ours didn't have a basket underneath.. they have one now, right?

I loved my Zapps when I had them, but my main complaints were lack of storage and no recline. I also wasn't a big fan of the harness adjusters. The Spider would be my pick between the two you listed.

That said, if the Valco Buggster was on the list, it would be my first choice. I waited a long time for it to debut the US, and between all the delays and my son's growth spurt it just didn't work out for us. So these days, we use the Mac.

So the Zapp tilts easily? I haven't seen them in person I would need to travel to either goore's or LA so play with one of these. I would prob buy online anyway since I would get free shipping and no tax from most places. I hang my skiphop bag on my BP solo sport and it never tilts. I like the umbrella fold and the Mutsy Spider is just so unique looking and I do need a basket since I use it alot.
