Little dude is 6.5 years now (eek! how? when? what???). In my car he's still harnessed in a Diono Radian R100 (maybe R120  but I'm honestly expecting it to expire before he maxes it out), and a Radian RXT in DH's car. With school starting back up, and soccer, and Cub Scouts... he's going to be riding with other people on a semi-regular basis. We're thinking it's time for a booster. He's been in one a couple times in the past few months as a one time thing, and sat well. He's generally a rule follower, and the people who will be transporting him are car safety conscious enough to make sure he obeys sitting rules.
So..... I'm wondering what high back booster is going to fit the most vehicles. I know he'll be in a Ford Fusion, year unknown but probably 2014-2015, and a 2017 Ford Explorer. And if DH has his way we'd probably pull the RXT from his car and put the booster in there too (LO is rarely in there anymore anyway).
LO is finally 40lb! I was shocked, and pleased. He's 43" too. He's a wee one, which is one of the reasons I'm still buckling him into the R100.
