My lo will be switching to a booster soon because her current seat is expiring soon so I've been doing my homework and have narrowed down our choices to the Recaro Performance Booster and the Diono Monterey. They're not available in store anywhere near me so I can't try before I buy, and I'm not sure if either of these will fit well in my car. I drive a 2014 Ford Focus, the backseat is not that big but she's also the only one back there so maybe it's a non-issue? Also wondering which booster is better for someone who's on the more petite side? She's on the lower end of the height/weight requirements for both seats. Since the Recaro doesn't convert to backless, do you think the Diono will last us longer?
Also, I have a friend who has a Britax Parkway SGL and says it's great, and I think it's smaller than the Recaro and the Diono but I'm wondering if the Britax is on par with the other two as far as safety and comfort are concerned.
