Olli and Ozzi (or something else?)

Are there any safety feature differences in the designs, or is it just the quick release and padded arm rests that differentiates them?

I need a narrow, high profile backless to maximize comfort for my kid, I'm thinking one of the Cleks will be the winner. Or is there something else I should consider? Must LATCH. Love the parkway but I don't need the back (doesn't fit my vehicle seats).

You're right, no structural differences. Harmony Transit has a LATCH model now, I don't know how wide it is (only mention it because my particular kids loathed the short seat pan of the Ollis, Wendy's kid loves hers, it's best to have a backup option just in case!)

I am hoping the seat pan is ok. We tried the high back version a couple years ago and it was AWFUL, so hoping the backless is better.

My backup is buying a parkway and using it without the back, but I'm not keen on that for many reasons. I wish Britax had a backless.

Both of those seats are way to shallow for my kids. I tried my nearly 9 year old in one and he didn't like it at all. Even my 6 year olds knees were inches past the edge of the seat. Bummer because I really liked them.

What about a Connext? I love how deep the seat is, lots of room for older kids. My only dislike it that it's a bit slippery on the seat. My kid's favorite backless is an Amp because it's deep and the arm rests are high, but no LATCH. If only it had LATCH.

Can you try one if the Clek seats in your vehicle with your child in anywhere there? DD's olli is by far her favourite booster (she's 10).

DD likes the Olli but it's definitely shallow. It doesn't bother her but she seems to be happy in any backless. It isn't that narrow either because of the high armrests. It's very anti-puzzling friendly with our other seats. We just use it in the captains chairs.

After trying many backless boosters, my 9 .5 yr old settled on the clerk olli. He seems to like it very much but it does look shallow to me.

I wish Clek had addressed this depth issue years ago. The fancy booster market is very limited. My kid likes padding and cupholders, I like safety features and am willing to pay - it seems like this shouldn't be so difficult.

We have both the Olli and Ozzi. We don't even notice the minor differences and DD loves them. She's 8 and uses them in our sedans for short trips.
