Fellow Peg Convertible owners...

I have my PVC (is that the right acronym?) installed rear-facing using UAS and I have noticed that it seems to loosen. I have tightened it up several times, and also reinstalled it once or twice. Has anyone else had this happen? I sent Peg Canada a message on Facebook, so we will see what they say.

Hmm, that hasn't happened ours at all. I just reinstalled it today after washing it. When I took it out it was still rock solid, and cause I didn't loosen the Uas to uninstall it went straight to a rock solid install again.

Be interested to hear what they say though.

PVC is what I use. I figure we need to bring a new meaning to an acronym that's for environmentally unfriendly, toxic plastic. ;)

And no, mine have not loosened. I have 2. And in one vehicle I've got it jammed good as I needed to maximize space. Both have been rock solid anytime they have come out which isn't often. In fact, I just took my tightest one out Sunday night and it wasn't going anywhere.

No issues here, so far, but to be fair I haven't used it that long.

I need to move it a few times in the next few days and will have it in both our cars. I'll keep an eye on it.

This last time I could slide the strap along the bar quite easily. The seat itself just wiggled a bit, but it's in a captains chair, so I think the bolsters on the captains chair kind of hold it in place. I'm going to reinstall it and mark the UAS straps to see if they are actually loosening.
