Weight limits on LATCH and Anchors? 4 year old

I have a just turned 4 year old in a Britax Frontier in my 2006 ford explorer and then in the Graco Nautilus in my husbands 2005 Dodge Magnum. They are both hooked up with LATCH. She is 42 pounds, she is past the weight limits on this? I don't know where to look for this information. Also, if I convert to the belt to secure, still use her in the harness (which I'd like to do) and do I still use the Tether? I feel so stupid even though I try to do as much research as possible for them.

Some friends already have their 4 year olds in the belt of the high back booster....

Please help, obviously I want her as safe as possible!

Your Ford states 48 pounds, child's weight in the manual. So you're good there.

The Dodge just changed to 65 pounds combined weight, the Nautilus is 26 pounds, so that means 39 pounds child's weight. You need to switch that seat to a seatbelt and top tether install. :)

Thank you! So I can do top tether with the belt. I wasn't sure. Appreciate your help!
