Chicco Nextfit rear facing weight limit discrepancy?!?

I just purchased a chicco Nextfit seat. I have read your review -was anxiously awaiting it actually!:) In your review, on the box for the set and the seat manual all say rf for 5-40 lbs. However I just read a warning sticker on the side of the actual seat that says it should be used rear facing only for infants weighing less than 22lbs. Is this an error on the sticker or what?

There will be more to it than that -- what it's saying is it MUST be used rear facing for babies under 22lbs, and then somewhere else it will say it MAY be used rear facing for up to 40lbs plus whatever the height limit is.

All seats have that wording. That just means if your child is under 22 pounds you cannot use it forward facing. 22-40 pounds is optional rear or forward facing. 40+ pounds must be forward facing.

I hate wording! It's on our Radian as well. I think they need to switch it around to read: for infants weighing less than 22lbs, seat should only be used rear facing.
