Question Where to buy radian infant inserts

Anyone know where I can order a radian infant insert? My googling isn't turning up anywhere I can order one by itself.

Unfortunately you can't just buy an infant insert - you have to buy a whole cover - $65 + shipping.

How old is the baby? I have used Radians with my babies by 6 months at least, and I have never used the infant insert. My first was a peanut, and she still fit in it great at 6 months. She was only 13-14 lbs.

It's not available like that on Diono's site anymore. I think LAF is right that you have to buy a whole R120 cover set to get it now unless you can find somewhere with an old one still in stock.

Thanks, for a newborn, but likely to be a BIG newborn. My 2.5 year old was 10lb 14oz at birth. The seat we had for her was a convertible that said it was good rear facing from 5lb but she didn't seem right in it even at 10lbs

Jessica do you know if it will fit any radian? Not sure what the one we have right now is, but we're looking at an R100 as its on sale for less than $200. But we need the baby to fit into one or the other seat. It's too cold to go out now to check on the one we have but it might actually be the same, it looks very similar.

Premier, I think the one we have now is a radian premier.

I believe all the radian inserts are interchangable. Mines a r120.

The Premier would have come with the padding. It's the Sunshine Kids equivalent of the R120. I have both old and new padding and they are essentially the same. You could use that in an R100.

If you have a Premiere, could you use that for your newborn and get your older child the R100?

And have you made sure that you can fit a Radian rear facing, at 45 degrees for a newborn, with enough room up front for passenger/driver?
