I'm dying to see pictures here...lol. I figured you'd be the first on the board to get your hands on one, so I'm counting on you to be the first to show it off. :p

I've been refreshing my screen every few minutes to see if any pics have been posted yet . This is worse than being pregnant and waiting for the baby to come (and DD2 was 10 days overdue!)

Did everyone see her update on the other thread?

pasted here in italics (is that allowed, to paste from another thread?):

Quoted From The Recaro Como's Owner's Manual Regarding the Head wings:

Quote:
The Head Restraint is not required to be used all of the time, however Recaro suggests to use it as long as comfortable. We strongly suggest parents keep the headrest in the position when the shoulder straps are in the two lowest slots. When the Upper three slots are being used, the headrest is optional. The Como is no less safe with the headrest in the seat.

They refer to it as a "head bolster", and "thigh bolster". Both of which are removable.

If she has the manual, I bet the photos and review are close:)

I will confess I am one of the ones who freaked out at that photo initially, but Melissa talked me through it:D: And honestly it makes so much more sense for me to wait for the review and photos. And knowing that the headrest is removable is huge for me. So excited about the 19 inch top slots!

With the confusion and delays on this carseat, I am so glad I ordered from a tech, it has really eased my mind when I have questions.

just my two cents from a new poster, who is really becoming addicted to carseats (to join my stroller and diaper bag addiction, LOL)
