We'll I finally got a hold of Britax after they said they would call and didn't. I spoke with a very nice customer service rep who said her manager said they would replace my seat. My choices were either a Marathon or a Boulevard. So I am getting a Boulevard to replace my Decathalon. We had other problems with ours besides just the adjuster but she said since the main concern was the adjuster it would be better just to replace the seat with one that adjusts easier. I am very happy with there cs I will be purchasing all of my seats from them.
