I don't know what happened or how, but my son's seatbelt got locked over his Oobr armrest, and it was almost to the point where the whole thing would have been stuck. I would not have been able to get the Oobr out. It's almost like cutting the belt would be the only way. So...this was a bit scary. Anyone have this happen before? Hard to explain. It was the captain's chair of an Odyssey.
I think I should have kept slack in the belt as much as possible AS I was uninstalling the Oobr, but it just happened where that almost didn't work. I didn't have time to think! Hindsight.
Now I wonder how to prevent this or if it' a concern for the future.
My 4-year-old (it's her brother's seat) might have pulled the belt all the way out, then fed it back in to lock it? I wasn't aware of this and fear we almost had a disaster!
