Compact lightweight double stroller

What would be your pick for lightweight, small double stroller to use for dr appts and such? I have a bjcm and contours lt, but they both seem large to take to the drs. I like the look of kinderwagon, but not the price tag lol. Dream on me makes a knockoff, but reviews aren't very good. Would be used for ds2-25 months, 32lbs 36", ds3 10 months 24lbs, 30.5" .. any suggestions would be great!

I think my City Mini double is pretty compact, at least compared to the monstrosity I had before (some sort of Dorel something). Do you want side by side or in-line? How about the Combi one? Or the Peg Aria double?

I don't really have preference as to sbs or inline as long as it fits through doorways. Currently on clist there is a combi double and chicco ct5 double. Idk why the city mini seems large to me indoors, it doesn't fit the through the door of eli's eye dr's office either, I've tried  They have a double door, but only side is unlocked and it was a no go.

That's annoying. I haven't come upon a door mine wouldn't fit through yet. Just from a quick google, it appears the ct5 is wider than the BJCMD so that's out. The Combi is the same size as the BJCMD. The Peg Aria 60/40 is just a smidge wider than the Combi and BJCMD. I wonder how wide that cheapy Jeep branded one they sell at Walmart is? I couldn't find dimensions on it.

The more I'm looking, I'm thinking I may have to sell off some of my strollers and get a b-ready or something similar. I had a city select and it always seemed large and long to me too when I took into the drs office. Eli has to go to the eye dr every couple of months and it looks like I'll be taking both with me to appointments too so I need something asap.

I so want a Kinderwagon Hop some day but I'm with you on the price! Is the doctor's office not ADA compliant? Any ADA compliant door should fit a BJCMD in my experience, though you might have to line it up just right... If it's just for little things like that you could maybe find a really cheap CL tandem?
