almost 7 year old travel seat?

Would you be okay with an almost 7 year old using a bubble bum on vacation? We are flying to SC in May for a wedding. She is boostered in the spare car (Vivo) and does well. I am concerned she may be worn out and sleep in the car, and not 100% on how that would go without a back. We will also be traveling with an almost 2yo and carrying her seat on.

Yeah, I'd be ok with that, if she's not a particularly slumpy sleeper. Especially if you won't be in cars a lot/for a long time.

Emma fell asleep in the BubbleBum we were using in Honolulu in a taxi! She did fine.

If you've got a longish ride and think she may fall asleep, you might consider having an adult ride in the backseat with the kids, if possible. Similar to KetchupQueen's experience, our daughter fell asleep in a taxi while using the Bubble Bum, and it was useful to have a parent there next to her to keep her more upright and the shoulder belt in the right place. This was a minivan taxi so there was room for my wife to squeeze into the center seat between the Bubble Bum and a Britax Roundabout on the other side; obviously this wouldn't work in a smaller vehicle.

We've taught Ems to tilt her head UP when she falls asleep, so she did just fine sleeping in the BB. She stayed in position the whole 20 minute sleep until we got back.
