The Escape/Tribute are actually one of my favourite vehicles for carseat installs

That is good to know! To be honest, I haven't really heard anything bad about the Escape yet....

Super easy on installs, even 3 across. The older models do have quite a bit of road noise compared to newer ones but not major. Rear doors can stick when opening, not sure if there is a fix for that.
