PWSG headrest/shoulder belt fit - raise or not?

We're leaving Weds for a 1,000 mile (each way) road trip, so I'm checking all the seats over and all that fancy pre-trip jazz.

I'm not sure if I shoud leave DS1's headrest where it's at or bump it up a click, for the best shoulder belt fit.

What do you guys think...?

This is where it's at currently (his head is nowhere near touching the ceiling, not sure why it looks as if it is...):

And up a click:

I agree with Wendy - either way is acceptable. For my kids, I'd prefer the higher one, but I wouldn't stop the car the raise it, yk?
