Good point - I could TRY to carry my 31-lb 3.5yo, but we would be banging heads, lol. I guess it's more for if you happen to have a very chubby 30lb 1yo.

Why not something to go along with their stroller names? They could call it the B-Hanging.
:D

As for the weight limits... same as all the others on the shelf, 32 is more reasonable than most that say 35, parents by carriers based on dollar per pound, just like they buy carseats, without having half a hint of what the weight limits actually mean, so Britax is taking a risk by not saying something stupid like 40

Well that's not exactly an original carrier, is it? I do wear my 30 lb 2 year old in the front sometimes still but I sure wouldn't want to try it in THAT!

Hah! I was disappointed to only see black and navy...
they do have a tan/organic option in the video and on fb.

there is a roughly 2yr/30lb kid in the video. I can only imagine the mom walked off camera and slumped down from the awkwardness. :p

B-Hanging ROFL I love it!!
I think it's pretty ugly... Why couldn't they have at least come out with something more along the line of an SSC. Ergo is becoming more & more mainstream, they could have given it some competition.

Uhhhhh, no way. Not for $130!

I don't care what anyone says, sure baby is easy to carry facing towards mommy/daddy as a widdy biddy infant- 6 months, but facing outwards with hips going in the opposite direction? No way.
My back would be screaming with pain in a few moments. :(
Face me or get on my back, kid. :p

I've carried my kid many times. Back is best after a certain weight. 35lbs is long past that point.

Now they've posted on FB that they sell an additional insert that makes it more like the Ergo, but it's an additional $35 or $25 dollars on top of the price of the carrier.

That stinks that it costs extra.. but whoa, talk about listening to their customers and addressing people's concerns quickly! I still won't buy one, but I'm impressed with their response.

(I'm glad the FB comments caused them to make a change, but I've found so many of the recent FB rampages on company pages to be so distastful.)
