Update on the neighbors

I'm updating because I told ya'll about my new neighbors a couple of weeks ago and alot of people said that I shouldn't call child services on them because I didn't have any concrete evidence. Well I haven't seen the little girl at all for at least a week so this morning while I was up at the office trying to figure out where they are going to put my new shed I asked the manager about them. Apparently, the school called cs and both of the kids got taken away, the parents were doing drugs in the house all day with their friends and when they went to the house for a visit the house was filthy because they haven't been letting their dogs and they trashed the house. Now, the manager is debating on whether or not she can throw them out because they don't allow felons in the park and drugs are certainly a felon.

Yep, you could see the entire picture and it's hard to convey it using only words online. Good for those kids to get out of there :)

Have the manager contact either the local police or city hall for guidance on what to do to evict. I'm sure there are definite steps she must take for eviction, otherwise she could be in hot water. She doesn't not want any chance of a wrongful termination/eviction suit on her hands. They also might have 'found drugs', but she might not be legally allowed to start eviction procedures until the trial/plea out is over and they're determined 'guilty' in the eyes of the law.
