Rear-facing question

This is from a friend and I'm not sure of the answer. I'm hoping someone here could help me out!

Car seat help - So Hannah is still rear facing in the car. She turns 2 in September. Anyway the carseat has a line on it and it says -keep level with ground- so after I put her in I make sure its level. then while driving she kicks the seat and pushes it with her legs and the seat back moves down making it unlevel and her head lower then were it should be. So my question, if it were you would you turn the seat around so her head is in the right place or just leave it because its not that much unlevel and she would be safer rear facing anyway? Or does anyone have an idea of how to keep her from moving her seat?

I've said that LATCH should hold it in place better than a seat-belt, but she hasn't answer which she uses.

The seat is not installed correctly. A properly installed seat will not change position that way. LATCH does not hold a seat in place better. Seatbelt and LATCH installs are equally safe.

She needs to find a certified tech to show her how to install the seat. I would also advise her to post here.

I would tell her to put the seat more upright and that the 'level to ground' line is for newborns only, and once a child has adequate head control they can be more upright.

Right. She can put it more upright for a nearly two year old.

What car does she drive, and does she have it in the middle or side? Many cars don't allow LATCH in the center.
