Booster vs. Harness

Can someone remind me why in Sweden they go straight to booster? Isn't it something about neck loads or something like that?

Right. The worry is that a forward facing harnessed child will have increased loads on the neck since the only part that moves is the head and neck, rather than the head, neck, and upper body of a boostered person.
