Radian rfing harness limits?

So I measured DS2 and he has a 15 inch torso ( backed up to a wall sitting cross legged). i am wondering since his weight has actually dropped a little and he has not been more than 41.5 pounds now for 2 months... What his chances are for out growing the rear facing harness in height?

I am really considering this darn it...

With a 15 inch torso, he'll have plenty of room. My DD2 has a 15 inch torso and here she was yesterday...

She is so adorable!! Thanks! If I get a couple of months out of it rearfacing for DS2 that is worth it to me.. It then ff harnesses to 80 pounds so I can use it to harness DS1 for long trips or bad weather if need be and I will have a spare that either can use.

I now know why so many of you have so many seats.. Who can decide?

Very few kids actually make it even close to 80 lbs before they outgrow the seat. Here is DD#4 in a radian at the store last week

I just measured and she has about a 15.5 inch torso (she was less than cooperative, so that might be a little off...). I'm not sure how much difference there would be RFing or installed in a vehicle though.

The Frontier does have extra harness height over the Radian and would last you quite a bit longer. :)
