My post count just went down.

Way down. I had like 2520 last night (I remember, because I had finally hit the 2500 mark a couple days ago).

Did a big thread get deleted? Or why am I missing so many posts?

I'm guessing a thread(s) got deleted that you were very active on. I'm impressed by two things....one, that you actually knew your post count, and two, that you noticed it had gone down.

I noticed one very active thread is now missing. Unless it got moved to the private section, then that is where you missing numbers went.

I'm not exactly sure how it works with the software, but I suspect that you could lose post count for threads moved from a public to a private forum. There have been a few of those recently, due to comments inappropriate for the public forums.

Your post on the radian loosening was moved from chat to CMC. CMC posts do not count towards your post count. I'd imagine that would be why you lost so many

Yeah, I figured that out once I saw my thread was moved.
