Question Rear-facing Tether for Marathon in 2007 CRV

Hi all,

I have a Britax Marathon installed with the LATCH system in the center of the backseat of my 2007 CRV. I do not currently have it tethered. My car manual recommended using the top rear tether anchor on the ceiling over my trunk area, but when I tried it, the straps were angled such that it seemed impossible to get my son in and out of the seat. The straps went right across where I'd be putting him. Is it possible, I did this wrong? Or do they expect that you re-tether ever time you put the baby in the car? Does anyone have pictures to show what it looks like?

Look in your Britax manual. It'll show you how to tether Swedish style. The way you're doing it is the Australian way, which works great with Australian seats.
