I'd say early 90's it was one of the first harnessed combo seats ever available, so its got to be expired. The harness went from 20-40lbs and then it was a booster to 60lbs.

Those were actually made as late as 2002, according to the pictorial at carseat.org.

I have one with a different cover(tan and green) that was used for my 9 year old nephew that expired 2003.

How old is this seat?
