Infant seat fleece cover for winter?

I am interested in one of those warm fleece covers for wintertime that fits over the infant seat like a showercap. Is there a specific brand I should look for? Do they work on all seats? Safe to use as long as they don't interfere with the straps?

Right. As long as it's a showercap style it's safe to use.

I suggested you to look at P'tit Coulou. I used that with my daughter. It is really different from the other "shower cap" products. It's structured enough that it doesn't sag against the baby's face. It is more like an igloo over the baby. The site says it was tested up to -25 degrees, and I can tell you that I was doing outoor activities with my baby in the P'tit Coulou..with a tuque, a pajama and sometimes (when it was colder) a blanket : that was enough to keep her warm. She also had lots of space to move as her movements were not being hindred by bulky clothes. There is a padding that you can put or not between the baby and the car seat. It is suggested to put it for winter activities, but you do not have to use this padding if you only ride your car. So nothing interfere with the straps. That is why I chose it : was safe, practical and really warm compared to other products I saw on the market. They have a website:
