Maestro and FR85 w/older kids

This weekend, my kids' siblings came for a visit. I had to transport them back, and the kids (7 & 8) used the Maestro and FR85. The 7yr old has a solid 1" of torso room left in the Maestro. She'll outgrow it by weight, before height. And the 8yr old used the FR85 w/harness. She had one or 2 clicks left, I'll check it tonight when I change the settings back. Neither of them complained about the harness rubbing on their necks.:D I was very pleased w/the fit on both kids. It also gives me an idea on how long the seats will last for my kids!

I sat my 41 lb. 6 year old in the Maestro and was astonished at how much harness she has left! I think it will be a very rare kid who will outgrow that one by height before weight.
