I was interested in the Si too at that price. If I didn't have the Blink I would probably get one. But have you seen the Peg Perego Vela that's just coming out? I like a lot of the features on that one better although I think the Si has adjustable handles which I would like.

i have had the Si since July. i really like it. i do have a complaint though u cant walk to fast with it or the front wheels start to shake and then u have to lock them which of course makes it harder to navigate.

love the canopy!
love the recline!
basket: eh. better than most umbrellas
handles do adjust, but i wish they would turn in slightly.
canopy comes off easy. too easy if u ask me. my son is constantly popping it off. but hes another story lol
the hub caps lol wheel covers came off almost instantly, and i found them laying on the ground and i kept them for a long time and not knowing what they were at the time lol i finally threw them out. found out about a month or so later what they were. hehe
i test drove the britax stroller that goes with the chaperone infant seat.
OMG! had i not already bought this one, i would have had me a new stroller, cept the fact it isnt as small and compact of course, which is what i waslooking for, but still, LOOOVED IT.

Thanks everyone! Does anyone know how it compares to a Maclaren Quest? That's what I have now and we are going to Disney in 2 weeks. But the Mac is so darn tippy and since DS will be in and out of the stroller so much during the day I know the tippiness is going to get OLD and FAST.

ihavent had any issues with it tipping at all. just dont put too much weight on the handles (diaper bag etc)

oh and when u open the Si the bottom legs dont always lock in place (by the front wheels) just eye ball it.

I've had mine since last spring as well. I do like it, but we just don't use a stroller much so it hasn't seen much use. Generally the same thoughts/issues as outnumberedby6, but our wheel covers haven't come off. I always have to push the front of the seat down when unfolding to get the front part to lock open.

I also think it seems a bit loose, like you can wiggle the handle bars back and forth side-to-side more than you should be able to when it is unfolded. But, I've also never even played with another umbrella stroller, so they may all be like this.

The carseat adaptors are basically just two straps that hook onto the belt path guides and then onto the stroller frame to hold the carseat on to the seat. Seems to work fine, but they weren't very compatible with our SS1, just didn't fit. Would be an easy retrofit though.

I keep meaning to find a Mac instore to try out in comparison, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Pics below, only ones I had, though they aren't the greatest. DD was probably 8mos or so.

does this stroller recline? I dont see that in the description on albee??
about what age can it start being used?

Yes, it does. IF you check out the review I posted from Strollerqueen, she has several pictures of it reclined, and she says she is comfy from about 3 months with it. But, if you use some sort of pad/infant insert, it looks to be almost flat, though not completely.
