It might not be a bad idea anyway. You can always add a caveat that it's still possible not to fit at 4'9" tall. I think the average kid is 4'9" tall around age 10-11 so it's still WAY better than age 8 or 6 or 4 or 2 that plenty of people do now.Thanks. wow, DD1 is 4' 9" and has passed 5 step test in my van for over a year! ( grand caravan...
I'm 5ft 1 and I don't pass in my car, even with the adjustable seat belt height...
