The local bike trail is finally being finished and it goes right past my house, so I'm looking to get a jogger for the boys.

We currently have a Schwinn Free Wheeler 2, but at 43 inches tall Oliver has outgrown it.

8 years ago when I nannied, the mom had a jogger like this and I loved it because it easily fit her 4 year old and 18 month old with tons of room to grow. But I can't seem to find a basic double jogger now that using a "luxury" jogging stroller for everyday use is a trend.

I don't need anything fancy, fixed wheel is fine. I need a handbreak and a canopy would be nice, but simple is better in my opinion. I really just need to find a jogger will fit my tall preschooler and his average sized two year old brother until Oliver is old enough to bike with me as I jog :)

The InSteps seem pretty basic yet tall to me, but also pretty reclined... I don't know if they have hand brakes either.

I have an Instep, but mine has a swivel wheel. It does not have a handbrake. My DD is not tall at about 39" and to me she seems a little too tall, but she doesn't compplain. Not sure if their fixed wheel ones would be a better fit for you. I do love it and have recommended it to many others.

The stroller in your link is a baby jogger brand stroller. They have super tall canopies and are great. We have a Bob Revolution and a Baby Jogger City stroller. My DD is 4.5 yrs old and her head rubs on the canopy because she is tall for her age. Her head does not touch the Baby Jogger brand canopy at all. She'll definately make it another year or more in it.
