2 Radian Questions

I have 2 Radian questions...I read the manual front to back, but don't really see a definitive answer to either -- and the search feature here apparently doesn't like me tonight

1.) Is there a height limit for RF, other than the standard 1" above the head rule? And if it is the 1", is it to the top of the headwings? We have the XTSL. Also are there any limitations to what slots can be used for RF?

2.) How do you adjust the height of the headwings? The only thing I saw in the manual said to just pull them up/push them down, but that doesnt seem to be working for me...

Just the 1" rule. To the top of the shell, not the headwings, as far as I know. All slots may be used RF if there is 1 inch of shell over the head-- practically a child over the top slots will not fit RF. So the second to top will be the highest ones used RF.

I had a hard time adjusting the wings on our XTSL as well. It takes some good tugging to get it to move. I found that I have to reach my hand towards the very back of the headrest to get it to move easier. I have to kind of push from the back and then it moves somewhat easily.
