    another Regent issue

    when i tighten the straps, the clamp part that goes over the strap on the bottom where you pull it, never seems to "shut" all the way and if i really try i can keep pulling more slack. there is no way to get it to snap tightly. is this normal? its been this way since i got it (in may i believe).
